We are currently seeking a Director of Sales – EMEA and this role is vital in enhancing our relationships with data center clients across the region, ensuring we continue to meet their evolving needs with agility and excellence.


Utilising your significant network in the industry, you will be responsible for the generation of revenue from existing and future Salute customers. Your understanding of the data centers and the sector will enable you to recommend Salute customers with opportunities to repair, update, upgrade, secure, and maintain their mission-critical systems and operational efficiency.

The Sales Leader EMEA will also pursue new clients within the EMEA region with the goal of achieving revenue targets and helping the business unit achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities will include:

Partnering to develop successful strategic sales pursuit plans of targeted accounts.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and co-workers.
  • Gathering prospect requirements and participating in technical solution designs.
  • Developing professional presentations, correspondence, and responding to RFPs.
  • Creating and articulating well-structured sales proposals based on customer needs and desires.
  • Remaining up to date on current data center trends, along with relevant geographies, and new industry products and services.
  • Provide soft handoffs to other teams ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Your sales experience and track record in the Data Center sector will speak for itself and you should be able to demonstrate your experience of cultivating and closing opportunities.

You will ideally have experience of selling into colocation or hyperscale clients and should also be able to talk knowledgably with our clients regarding technical issues or the challenges facing the industry generally.
