The role of the Administrative Assistant provides client administrative/operations support for a data centre critical facility team and oversees multiple vendors and clients. This role is a data-entry level position.

This position will be office based. Working from home, on occasion, needs to be approved by the line manager.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data entry into client controls systems and spreadsheets
  • Submission of data
  • Creation of purchase orders for client management approval for all sites
  • Tracking of client approval system
  • Liaising with job owners and suppliers throughout PO process
  • Any other duties as required by the business

Qualifications & Experience required

  • HNC/D in a Business or Administrative discipline
  • Understanding of the data centre environment is a plus
  • Data entry and spreadsheet knowledge
